We guarantee safe and fast shipping for all your auto parts in Italy and worldwide. We collaborate with the best national and international couriers to ensure punctual deliveries. Our service includes complete tracking, merchandise insurance and various delivery options.
Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of the package:

We collaborate exclusively with the best couriers to guarantee security and reliability:
- BRT (Bartolini) - National shipments
- GLS - National and European shipments

All couriers provide real-time tracking service and insurance on transported goods.
Tracking
The tracking number will be communicated to you via email and SMS as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
Important: Always keep the tracking number to monitor the shipment and for any claims.
With the tracking number you can:
- Follow the package's route in real time
- Know the expected delivery time
- Receive automatic status notifications
- Contact the courier directly
Delivery
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a paper notice and will retry delivery for the next two days. If these attempts also fail, the goods will be returned to the courier's branch and go into storage, for which a penalty of 31 euros+VAT is charged.
If you think no one can be at home, leave a note before completing the order to authorize delivery to neighbors or family members.
Check the packages before signing! If you have doubts, accept "WITH RESERVE", otherwise we cannot issue refunds.
After delivery you have 48 hours to check the material and contact us for any problems.
Delivery Times
Order preparation requires 1-2 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from receipt of payment. After preparation, orders are delivered:
- Italy: within 3 working days
- Islands: within 5 working days
- International: within 10 working days
You will receive tracking via email when the goods leave our warehouses.
Times are indicative. Due to force majeure, 2M2 SRL will not be held responsible for delays.
