General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "T&C") govern the terms and conditions of the offer of products, sale and purchase of the same carried out on the website www.2m2.it (hereinafter the "Site") and exclusively concern products sold by www.2m2.it through the Site and do not govern, therefore, the sale or supply of products by different subjects, even in the case where they are present on the Site through links, banners or other hypertext links.
Before proceeding with the purchase of products present on the Site, the Customer undertakes to carefully read and understand these T&C and, therefore, in order to be able to place a purchase order, the Customer must declare that they have read, understood and accepted the content of these T&C. In the absence of acceptance, the Customer will not be able to proceed with the purchase of products present on the Site.
These T&C are the subject of individual negotiation since the Customer, before issuing the purchase order (as better specified in point 5), can choose whether to make any contractual modifications to be submitted to the evaluation of 2M2 or to refrain from submitting to 2M2 any negotiating counter-proposals modifying these T&C.
2M2 reserves the right to unilaterally modify at its sole discretion, in compliance with current regulations, the T&C defined here, with immediate effect on offers presented and transactions carried out subsequent to such modification and publication on the Site. Before each purchase, therefore, the Customer is invited to regularly check these T&C.

1. Identity of the professional
1.1 2EMME2 S.R.L. with registered office located in Via delle Basse 2, 43044 Collecchio (PR) - VAT number: 02958010346 - REA number: PR-280351
1.2 Customers can send communications in the following ways: e-mail – info@2m2.it, PEC – 2emme2.srl@pec.it, alternatively, they can contact Customer Service through the number provided on the website.
2. Site registration
2.1 The Customer is given the possibility to register for free on the Site and create a personal account through which to view, manage and modify:
- their personal data;
- product orders placed;
- recent shipments;
- any payment invoices.
Registration and creation of the aforementioned account is optional and is not mandatory in order to complete a purchase on the Site (according to the methods indicated in the following point 5).
2.2 The Customer who intends to register on the Site and create the personal account must fill out a special form in which to enter all the information required therein (name, surname, e-mail address and password) and confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these T&C, including the Privacy Policy.
Failure to accept these T&C and the Privacy Policy will not allow the completion of registration on the Site and the creation of the related account.
Once the registration form has been completed in full, the Customer will receive a confirmation message of completed registration at the e-mail address indicated.
The Customer can at any time modify their registration credentials through the appropriate section present on their account and can modify their e-mail address or cancel their registration by sending an e-mail to the address info@2m2.it.
2.3 The Customer guarantees the truthfulness, correctness and completeness of the information provided at the time of registration on the Site as well as to keep it carefully in order to prevent the use by third parties.
Site registration credentials must be carefully stored by the Customer and must be used only and exclusively by the same, without transferring them to third parties.
2.4 It is possible to make a single registration per Customer. Multiple registrations will be cancelled.
The Customer is the sole and only responsible for access to the Site through their registration credentials as well as for all activities that are carried out on the Site through their account. The Customer, in fact, is directly responsible for any damage, prejudice and unlawful act (civil and criminal) caused to 2M2 or to third parties through the use of their account.
The Customer releases 2M2 from any responsibility (civil and criminal) arising from the violation of the rules on Site registration.
In case of suspected improper use of their credentials, the Customer must immediately notify 2M2.
3. Product characteristics and price
3.1 The characteristics of all products sold by 2M2 on the Site are clearly illustrated in the related "product pages" published therein. Images and descriptions reproduce as faithfully as possible the characteristics of the products, but must always be understood as purely indicative. It is therefore understood that the images and photos used to accompany the "product pages" may not be perfectly representative of the characteristics of the goods, as these may differ in color, size or accessories.
3.2 Product prices are expressed in Euro and inclusive of VAT. The prices indicated do not include shipping costs which will be calculated in the cart before finalizing the order.
3.3 2M2 reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. However, the applicable prices are those in force at the time of the order and cannot be modified after purchase confirmation.
4. Product availability
4.1 All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that a product is not available after placing the order, 2M2 will inform the Customer and propose an alternative product with equivalent characteristics or a refund of the amount paid.
4.2 2M2 reserves the right to limit the quantities of products ordered per individual Customer.
5. Purchase process and contract conclusion
5.1 To make a purchase on the Site, the Customer must follow the online purchase procedure and provide all the information required for shipping and billing.
5.2 The contract is considered concluded when 2M2 sends the Customer the order confirmation e-mail containing the summary of the purchase made.
5.3 All communications relating to the order will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
6. Payment methods
6.1 The Customer can choose from the following payment methods:
- Advance bank transfer
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PostePay)
- PayPal
- AlmaPay (payment in 3 installments)
- Scalapay (buy now, pay later)
- Sequra (financing up to 24 months)
- HeyLight (deferred payment)
6.2 In case of payment by bank transfer, shipping will take place only after crediting the amount to 2M2's bank account.
7. Shipping and delivery
7.1 Shipping takes place through specialized couriers (BRT, GLS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, MBE, SDA) and delivery times vary based on destination:
- Italy: 3 working days
- Islands: 5 working days
- Abroad: 10 working days
7.2 Pickup at 2M2 premises is not possible. All products must be shipped by courier.
7.3 Shipping costs are indicated before finalizing the order and vary based on destination and package weight.
8. Pre-orders
8.1 Pre-orders are regulated like orders as in the previous paragraphs; for transparency towards the Customer it is explicitly indicated when purchasing a product that will be available at a later date than the order on the site.
8.2 In the case of an order composed partly of products for immediate delivery and partly of pre-order products, the products present in stock will be shipped in standard times, while pre-order products only when restocked.
8.3 For pre-order products, 2M2 will provide the Customer with an estimate of availability times which may be subject to variations.
9. Transfer of risk and ownership
9.1 The risk of loss and deterioration of products is transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery.
9.2 Ownership of products is transferred to the Customer upon full payment of the price.
10. Right of withdrawal
10.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to specify the reason.
10.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to 2M2 at the address info@2m2.it or by registered mail with return receipt.
10.3 In case of withdrawal, 2M2 will refund all payments received from the Customer within 14 days of the withdrawal communication.
10.4 The Customer must return the products within 14 days of the withdrawal communication. Return costs are borne by the Customer.
10.5 Products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received, with original packaging and accessories.
10.6 The right of withdrawal is excluded for products made to measure according to Customer specifications.
11. Warranty and conformity
11.1 2M2 guarantees that products conform to the descriptions provided and are free from conformity defects for a period of 24 months from delivery.
11.2 In case of conformity defects, the Customer has the right to free repair or replacement of the product.
11.3 The warranty does not cover defects arising from improper use, negligence or normal wear.
12. Limitation of liability
12.1 Outside cases of intent and gross negligence, 2M2 is not responsible for indirect damages arising from the purchase or use of products.
12.2 2M2 is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to force majeure or third-party carriers.
12.3 2M2's liability is in any case limited to the value of the purchased product.
13. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
13.1 These T&C are governed by Italian law.
13.2 For disputes with Consumers, the court of the Customer's place of residence has jurisdiction.
13.3 For disputes with subjects other than Consumers, the Court of Parma has jurisdiction.
14. Alternative dispute resolution
14.1 For dispute resolution, the Customer can use the European ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Final provisions
15.1 These T&C constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
15.2 The possible nullity of a clause does not invalidate the validity of the remaining provisions.
